Meet the Team
Opportune Commercial is led by experienced professionals with backgrounds in commercial real estate, investing, business, technology, and financial markets.
Managing Partner
Prior to establishing Opportune Commercial, Ari served his clients as a real estate investment consultant beginning in 2015. Previously, he worked as an investment advisor and equity and options trader.
He earned both his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and his Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas. Ari is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Texas and Florida.
Managing Partner
Prior to establishing Opportune Commercial with Ari, Murali was involved in various real estate projects as an investor. He co-founded two IT startups and has worked as an information technology professional in various industry leadership positions in the United States and the Asia-Pacific region.
Murali earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, commonly known as BITS, and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.
